Continuous operation at one address, under one Superintendent Pharmacist, across two corporate structures. The 2011 incorporation changed the entity holding the registrations; it did not interrupt the practice.

Why it matters

A medicine supplied without a record is only half the job.

Nigerian health services rarely fail for want of effort. They fail at the joins — where a result never reaches the clinician, a report arrives after the decision, or a number cannot be traced back to what it counted.
